If no agreement is found despite your efforts, you can request assistance from our Dispute Resolution Center. This service acts as a neutral mediator and facilitates communication between both parties.
Important: The Resolution Center does not have decision-making power. It does not render a verdict but supports you in reaching a fair and balanced agreement. Our team may request additional information from each party to better understand the situation.
Only written exchanges made through the boatUnity platform will be considered during the mediation process. This ensures a transparent and traceable process.
The ultimate goal is to allow members to resolve their disputes independently, with the help of a neutral third party if necessary.
